Quiet, at the end of a dead-end street, this traditional chalet is located at an altitude of 1280 m, but close to all amenities.
Large balcony, garden, parking and garage.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1280 m, in a quiet area, at the end of a dead-end street (well cleared of snow).
You can enjoy Mont Blanc all to yourself but still be very close to everything.
Note that the chalet is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
In winter, two ski areas are available to you.
The Hauteluce - Les Saisies area with its 195 km of slopes (the closest)
and the Hauteluce - Les Contamines MontJoie area with 110 km of slopes reaching an altitude of 2500 m.
The Les Saisies slopes are 2 km from the chalet.
To get to the ESF meeting point:
either on skis via the slopes (TS du Chozal 2 km away), count around 30 minutes to reach the ESF meeting point at Les Carrets (in Les Saisies)
or by free shuttle (stop 2 km away): around 20 minutes to reach Les Saisies
or by car: around 15 minutes to reach the resort comfortably

With a minimum of two nights (check in 12 pm - check out 4 pm for these short stays) In winter, you will be on the ski slopes of the Les Saisies ski area 2 minutes by car. In summer, the valley is an ideal starting point for exploring Beaufortain by hiking or cycling!
